About the book

In the sequel to SAGE, our journalist, now a lieutenant in the US Army, is introduced to new evidence of a Nazi base in Antarctica. The fight with members of the Black Stone and what he discovers on that icy continent will change his life forever. Torn between love and truth, he will have to choose which direction to take. The journey takes him from the hot sands of Casablanca, to the beautiful Venice, Vienna and back to Berlin. Faced with his superiors, he will make the ultimate sacrifice. Is there any hope for continuing this journey and uncovering the evidence available to him? What kind of end awaits him and who is on his side, read in the new sequel to THE BERLIN SAGA.

ABOUT THE AUTHOR:

It’s difficult to say something about oneself at the end of a book. That’s what everyone says when they try to describe themselves and put it between the covers of a book.
I was born in Tivat, Boka Kotorska, in 1966.
I believe it’s never too late to start writing. Criticism will come, and a writer, especially a novice like me, needs to be prepared for it.
From an early age, I have had a significant interest in science fiction, mysticism, fiction, and history.
I spent some time in Split, where I finished school and spent my youth, and now, in Pula, in these mature years, I decided to embark on an adventure and put my thoughts on paper.
Stephen King compares writing to crossing the Atlantic in a bathtub because in both “there are plenty of opportunities for self-doubt.” Not only will you doubt yourself, but others will doubt you, too, even excessively. “If you write (or paint or dance or sing, I suppose), someone will try to make you feel bad, that’s how it is,” writes King.
Of course, I hope my joy will endure because pleasing everyone is impossible.
The first book is always the first, but not the last.
A story, as fiction, can awaken an archaeologist within you. Digging into history is always fascinating.
Now, at 55 years old, I have a peaceful life and wish to spend my time on intriguing stories.
Writing is an interesting and intimate activity for me.
I hope as a reader, you won’t feel that the time you spend reading this book is wasted.
